Trendyxmart Marketplace Return Policy

Although the returns policies for items sold and shipped by a Marketplace (MP) Seller may be different from Trendyxmart’s return policies, we have set up certain minimum return standards to ensure a consistent customer experience. Review the following guidelines to confirm your return is eligible.

  • Printers (excluding 3D printers)

  • Digital music players

  • Pre-paid and post-paid cell phones

Luxury items (14 days):

  • New and preowned apparel above $300
  • Fine art
  • Loose gems and gemstones
  • Jewelry and watches above $300
  • Collectibles (E.g., coins, stamps)
  • Memorabilia

Our Refund and Exchange Exceptions

Your item may have return restrictions and/or special instructions (E.g., MP items, freight/oversized/heavy items, luxury products, hazardous materials). Contact the Marketplace seller directly for these items. See below for more details or check Trendyxmart.com/returns. 

  • Some MP items aren't eligible for return to a Trendyxmart store.
    • These are typically items that are
      • Odd-sized
      • Freight
      • Oversized
      • Heavy
      • Hazmat
      • Luxury items
    • MP sellers are responsible for processing, shipping, returns, and customer service related to your Trendyxmart MP order.
    • Use the MP seller’s instructions for return shipping for such items.
    • Hazmat items may have mail back restrictions.
      These include: 
      • Items with lithium ion batteries
      • Household chemicals
      • Fuel
      • Corrosive materials
      • Aerosols
    • Items that include a rechargeable battery (E.g., tools, drills, lawn equipment, laptops, etc.) must contain the original battery to qualify for a return.
    • Some MP items that include a rechargeable battery may not be returnable to a store.
  • Items that require assembly (E.g., indoor/outdoor furniture, grills, bicycles, etc.) must be fully disassembled and re-packaged prior to returning to a store or FedEx location. (FedEx may decline service for unpackaged assembled items.)

Return Restrictions

To help keep our customers and associates safe, Trendyxmart and MP sellers won’t replace, accept returns, or provide refunds for:

Firearms and Ammunition 

Prescription Medications and Devices 

Airsoft and Air Guns, BB Guns, Crossbows. Vertical/Archery Bows

Items containing pseudoephedrine, ephedrine, phenylpropanolamine 

Pepper Spray 

Sex Toys and Vibrators, Pregnancy Tests, Ovulation Tests, and Home Diagnostic Testing Kits (including COVID-19 tests) 

Gas Powered Recreational Vehicles (e. g., Dirt Bikes, Mini-Bikes, Go-Carts, Scooters, Ride-ons, UTVs & ATVs) 

Diabetic Supplies* including meters, strips, lancets, lancet devices and syringes 

Used or Mounted Tires, Wheels, Rims, Snow Tires 

Hygienic Medical Equipment (E.g., bedpans, bath seats, sitz baths, eye drop guides, opened/unsealed breast pumps) 

Trading cards (opened or unopened)  

RV sewer lines, toilets, toilet bowls and urinals (used or installed) 

Precious Metals (E.g., gold bars, silver coins, currency) 

*Diabetic supplies and items covered by Medicare Part B that Medicare supplier standards deem substandard or unsuitable are returnable.

Unless specified, electronic games and software downloads aren’t returnable after purchase. If you didn’t get an email containing the code or are unable to redeem the code provided, please go to Trendyxmart.com/page/contact, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue Contact Us button.  

Re-stocking fees

Please refer to the MP seller’s return policy for details regarding refunds and possible restocking fees (up to 20%). We recommend insuring items valued above $600 prior to return shipping.

Hazardous materials

MP items that are hazmat have special rules for returns. You can’t return these items to a Trendyxmart store. If the item that you purchased is a hazmat item, you may contact the MP seller directly, or we can help you with contacting the seller so they can discuss the return with you. Hazmat items may include:

  • Batteries
  • Flammable liquids
  • Computer equipment
  • Certain cosmetics or household goods
  • Other common products Items that include a rechargeable battery (E.g., tools, drills, lawn equipment, laptops, etc.) must contain the original battery to qualify for a return. For more information about what may be considered hazmat, see the Department of Transportation’s hazmat items guidelines.

Refunds

Refunds issued for these issues are subject to recharge if Trendyxmart or the seller can verify delivery or frequent abuse.

  • Lost items
  • Wrong item returned
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Items that require age verification via a valid government issued ID, such as alcohol, may have a refund delay of up to ten business days if Trendyxmart is unable to verify age or the customer is unable to receive their delivery.

When you return an item sold and shipped by a MP seller to a store:

  • We’ll send your return item back to the MP Return Center for processing.
  • Please allow up to two business days after dropping off your return at a store for tracking to be available.
  • Once the MP Return Center receives your return item, we’ll process the refund within two business days.

When you initiate a return for an item sold and shipped by a  MP seller online or through Trendyxmart Customer Care:

  • We’ll process the refund when the carrier scans the return package.
  • Please allow up to two business days for tracking information from the carrier to update on the carrier’s website.

 

 

 

 


Trendyxmart Standard Return Policy

Returns are available for nearly everything Trendyxmart sells. Your purchase history on Trendyxmart.com displays the latest eligible date for a return or replacement, however, we recommend keeping track of all manufacturer packaging and your receipt for a minimum of 90 days after purchase.

The following policy applies to returns of products purchased in Trendyxmart U.S. stores, trendyxmart.com, Trendyxmart Business, or from Marketplace sellers on trendyxmart.com.

Your order

Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not Trendyxmart or Trendyxmart.com directly aren't eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Returning items purchased on trendyxmart.com

Items sold and shipped by Trendyxmart can be returned or replaced, when available, by mail within 90 days of receipt.

In store purchases

You're able to return or replace items purchased in store at your nearest Trendyxmart store within 90 days of receipt. To ensure your in-store item may be returned, review the exceptions on our corporate Return Policy page.

Damaged or defective items

If an item you received from Trendyxmart.com is damaged or defective, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement or at any Trendyxmart store for a refund.

Trendyxmart Financial Services

Express Bill Payments and fees associated with Trendyxmart Financial Services products are non-refundable.
